Expression of valvular heart disease

Speaking of heart valve disease has many different variants, here are some common expressions with some typical disease of the heart valves:

1. aortic valve stenosis

- Chest pain: O2 demand (hypertrophy) + ¯ provide O2 (under endothelial layer of pressure) ± coronary artery disease.

- Syncope (exertion): peripheral vasodilators (eg, providing black) heart conditions fixed dose ® inadequate cerebral perfusion.

- Heart failure: difficulty breathing or if severe pulmonary edema

2. Openings mitral

- Acute: pulmonary edema, hypotension.

- Chronic: progressive dyspnea on exertion, fatigue, atrial fibrillation, pulmonary hypertension.

3. Mitral Stenosis

- Shortness of breath, pulmonary edema (if is low, symptoms usually begin in about 30-40 years old). Motivating factors: rapid heart, volume overload on atrial fibrillation.

- Atrial Fibrillation

Bridge circuit complications (especially in atrial fibrillation or endocarditis).

- Symptoms of lung coughing up blood, often bronchitis (due to congestion), pulmonary arterial hypertension.

4. Sa mitral

- No symptoms

- Chest pain, atrial fibrillation, syncope or stroke.
